INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Idly batter 1 cup
  • 2. Battery 1/2 cup
  • 3. Salt 1 pinch
  • 4. Elaichi powder 1 pinch
  • 5. Grated coconut 1 ladle
  • 6. Ghee 3 tspns

PREPARATION

1. Grind jaggery with little water

2. In a bowl add idly batter,strained jaggery syrup,Salt,elaichi powder and coconut

3. If needed add a tspn of rice flour to get thick consistency

4. Mix well

5. Add ghee in paniyaram kadai

6. Add batter and cook it by covering with lid

7. Flip to other side too and cook

8. Serve hot
