  • 1. oil 100 Grams
  • 2. black chocolate 100 Grams
  • 3. heat-resistant chocolate drops or finely chopped black chocolate 50 Grams
  • 4. brown sugar 80 Grams
  • 5. vanilla sugar 1 Teaspoons
  • 6. egg 1 Nos
  • 7. soda 1/4 Teaspoons
  • 8. baking powder 1/4 Teaspoons
  • 9. flour 100 Grams


1. Run the oven to 180 ? C.

2. Put two large trays of baking paper.

3. Melt in a water bath or in a microwave, butter and 100 grams of chocolate.

4. Allow the mixture to cool for a few minutes.

5. Beat the egg with sugar and vanilla until the sugar has almost melted.

6. Mix chocolate and butter with egg and sugar and mix well.

7. Add the flour, pre-mixed with baking powder and baking soda.

8. Finally, add half of the chocolate drops, stir until distributed in the dough.

9. Using a small spoon of ice cream or tablespoon, spread the dough into 16 equal pieces on the two trays. Form them in circular discs with a diameter of approximately 5-6 cm. Sprinkle with the other chocolate drops.

10. Bake biscuits for 10-12 minutes.

11. Once they are ready, let them cool completely before filling them with your favorite ice cream.
