INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Milk 1/2 ltr
  • 2. Sugar 1 tbsp
  • 3. Sauf 1/2 tbsp
  • 4. Almonds 1 tbsp
  • 5. Pinch of saffron 1
  • 6. Watermelon nuts 1 tbsp
  • 7. Khaskhas 1/2 tbsp
  • 8. Rose leaves 1/ cup
  • 9. Elaichi 1 tsp

PREPARATION

1. Boil the milk and wait till it gets cool down.

2. Mean while the mention in ingredient.(sauf,almonds,khaskhas,elaichi,watermelon nuts,rose leaves)put it in water.

3. Make paste of this wet ingredient and the mix some water in this paste and drain the paste

4. with cotton cloth.

5. Keep the drained water in a bowl and add sugar mix it well.

6. After it mixed this prepared paste with milk.

7. Serve chilled.
