INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Moong Dal 3/4 Cup
  • 2. Boiled Rice 1 Cup
  • 3. Badam 5

PREPARATION

1. Wash Rice and Dal separately and Dry it in a Clean Cloth for 1 Hour

2. Now in a Pan... add in Rice and keep sauting on Flame

3. Fry till they become light brown colour

4. Transfer to a Steel plate and let it cool

5. Now add Dal and keep stirring on low flame til it becomes crisp

6. Transfer to a Steel Plate and let it cool

7. Now add 5 to 6 Badam /Almonds and fry till it is crisp

8. Once all cooled then add to a mixer jar and grind it to fine powder and store in a Air Tight Container

9. Now Homemade Healthy Dal Cerelac Mix is Ready
