INGREDIENTS

  • 1. 1/3 cup boiled cauliflower
  • 2. 1 boiled potato
  • 3. 1 scrambled egg
  • 4. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 5. 1 pinch of red chili powder
  • 6. 1 pinch of chaat masala
  • 7. 1 pinch of kitchen king
  • 8. 1 pinch of black pepper powder
  • 9. 1 pinch of rock salt
  • 10. 1 pinch of cumin powder
  • 11. 1 pinch of coriander powder
  • 12. 8 to 10 boiled peas
  • 13. 4 bread slices
  • 14. 2 cheese slices

PREPARATION

1. Take one hot pan out some butter

2. Roast all the spices together

3. Stir for 4 to 6 seconds

4. Now add boiled potatoes cauliflower peas scrambled egg

5. Now keep separate the mixture and take flat pan to make sandwich

6. Roast with butter one side of two bread slices

7. Put one teaspoon ketchup on roasted side and add cheese slice then set mixture ready

8. Cover with another roasted slice and roast with butter until looks crunchy brown

9. Yummy healthy sandwich ready.make another sandwich same style
