Garlic Pops / Lasaan Fry Hotel Style

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. 15 garlic cloves
  • 2. 1 cup oil for frying
  • 3. 1 tsp salt
  • 4. 1 tsp pepper

PREPARATION

1. Do not peel the garlic and keep its tail intact to hold it while eating.

2. Heat oil and deep fry garlic . immediately close the lid as the garlic clove pops in oil.

3. When garlic pops making a sound and turns golden remove it on a tissue paper

4. Add pepper and salt and toss it gently.

5. Serve hot before meal.
