Fried Chicken

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. 5 chicken leg pieces
  • 2. 1 cup corn starch
  • 3. 1/2 cup maida
  • 4. 1 tsp peprika powder
  • 5. 1 tsp cayene pepper
  • 6. 1 tsp salt
  • 7. 1 tsp kasmiri red chilli powder
  • 8. 1 tsp ginger,garlic,onion powder
  • 9. 1 cup butter milk
  • 10. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 11. 1 tsp dry theyme,oregano powder

PREPARATION

1. In a bowl add corn starch,maida,and all spices mix them all then add butter milk and make thick paste then first coat chicken in dry flour and then in this wet mixture and coat evenly.

2. Deep fry till crisp. You can double deep fry for extra crispiness.

3. You can air fry and bake as well at 200.c for 20 min.
