Fried Chapaati Noodles

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Leftover Chapaati -2
  • 2. Chopped French Beans -1/4 cup Chopped capsicum -1/4 cup
  • 3. Grated carrot -1 Medium
  • 4. Chopped onion -1 Medium
  • 5. Chopped Tomato -1 Medium
  • 6. Chilli flakes -1tsp
  • 7. Chopped Coriander leaves 1 sprig
  • 8. Chopped Potatoes -2 Medium
  • 9. Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
  • 10. Coriander powder -1 tsp
  • 11. Kitchen king Masala -1.5 tsp
  • 12. Salt to taste 1 pinch
  • 13. Chaat masala -1/2 tsp
  • 14. Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
  • 15. Roasted Peanuts -1/4 cup
  • 16. Oil -3-4 tbs
  • 17. Chopped capsicum -1/4 cup

PREPARATION

1. First of all cut the chapaati into thin slices...

2. Now take 1 tbs of oil in a pan and add Potato slices and saute for 7-8 minutes on low-medium flame...take out and keep a side....

3. Now take remaining oil in that pan and add Mustard seeds, chopped onions and Saute for 2-3 minutes on low flame...

4. Now add Veggies with dry spices....Mix well and stir fry for 8-9 minutes on low flame....add Potato also

5. Now add chapaati slices and mix properly..... stir fry for 5-6 minutes on low-medium flame....Add Roasted Peanuts and switch off the gas and add Coriander leaves.....

6. Garnish with tomato slices, lemon & coriander leaves....... Squeeze lemon and enjoy the taste.
