INGREDIENTS

  • 1. 250ml (1 cup) fresh lime juice, chilled
  • 2. 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3. 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 4. 1L (4 cups) soda water, chilled

PREPARATION

1. Combine the lime juice, salt and sugar in a large jug and stir well until the sugar and salt dissolve. Add soda water and stir to combine.
