Eggless Rasmalai Cake

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Eggless sponge cake 460 gms
  • 2. Rasmalai 1 1/2 kgs
  • 3. Chopped Pistachio 1 tbsp
  • 4. Chopped Almonds 1 tbsp
  • 5. Whipped Cream 1/2 kgs
  • 6. Rose Petals 8-10 nos

PREPARATION

1. Make three slices of cake moist it with rasmalai milk.

2. Mix whipped cream + chopped rasmalai.

3. Spread whipped in every slice. Cover cake with whipped cream.

4. Make design of your choice.Cover with rasmalai and chopped tomatoes nuts.

5. Garnish from rose petals.. keep in refrigerator. Serve chilled.

6. My tip.. while make cake batter use kesar milk and elachi powder. Avoid essence.
