Egg Toast

  • 1. 12 slices of white bread/whole wheat bread
  • 2. 6 pieces of beef bacon (cut into small pieces)
  • 3. 6 eggs
  • 4. 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
  • 5. 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 6. 2 tbsp butter


1. heat the oven at 150°C

2. grease the muffin mold with butter

3. cut the bread into round shapes and then roll 2 slices of bread to make them thinner

4. put the bread that has been rolled into muffin mold

5. in the pan, heat the cooking oil and fry the bacon until half-cooked

6. put the pieces of fried beef bacon into muffin mold that has been coated with bread earlier

7. sprinkle cheddar cheese on top of the bacon

8. break an egg on the top

9. bake in the oven for about 10 to 15 minutes

10. remove the egg toast from the mold and garnish it with scallions
