Egg Roll

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Eggs 4 nos
  • 2. Multigrain wheat 1 cups
  • 3. Flour 1/2 cups
  • 4. Chopped onion 1 nos
  • 5. Chopped cucumber 1 nos
  • 6. Chopped green chilli 3 nos
  • 7. Chopped coriander leaves 5 tsp
  • 8. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • 9. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • 10. Tomato sauce 5 tsp
  • 11. Lemon juice 2 tsp
  • 12. Black salt 1 tsp
  • 13. oil 1 tsp
  • 14. Butter Cube 2 nos

PREPARATION

1. Make a dough of wheat, flour, salt , oil & water.

2. Make a mixture of broken egg, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder .

3. Now take a small portion from the dough & roll a round.

4. Heat butter , add egg mixture & gently swirl so that it spread.

5. Cook the egg for few second & then place the chapati on the top of it.

6. Let it cook for few mins & then flip to cook other side.

7. Transfer it to a plate.Add chopped onion, cucumber, green chilli & coriander leaves.

8. Add lemon juice & tomato sauce.

9. Roll it with a paper & serve it.
