Egg Cardamom Curry

Egg Cardamom curry is a delicious dish . We can serve............with chappati and steam................rice..........

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. 3 boiled eggs
  • 2. 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder
  • 3. 3 tomatoes puree
  • 4. 1 tablespoon ginger, garlic and green chilly paste
  • 5. 1 teaspoon crushed ginger and garlic
  • 6. 2 black cardamom crushed
  • 7. 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 8. 1 tablespoon red chilly paste
  • 9. 1/2 teaspoon haldi powder
  • 10. 1/2 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 11. 2 tablespoon refined oil

PREPARATION

1. First boil eggs. Once it is done transfer to a plate. Cool it and keep aside. Take out the eggs shell. Then marinate the eggs with haldi powder and salt. Once it is done. Keep aside.

2. Heat oil in kadai. Once the oil is hot fry marinate eggs for few minutes. Then transfer to a bowl and keep aside.

3. In the same kadai add the paste. Saute it for few minutes. Add all the dry masala mix.....it well. Add fried eggs and saute it for few minutes. Add water as needed and close the lid. Cook for 3 minutes.

4. Add garam masala and switch off the induction. Egg curry is ready......................

5. Transfer to a plate. Serve with steam rice and chappati..................
