INGREDIENTS

  • 1. 1 Cup Double Beans
  • 2. 1 Small Onion (Chopped)
  • 3. 1 Teaspoon Mustard
  • 4. 2 Green Chilies (Slit)
  • 5. 3-4 Curry Leaves
  • 6. Salt As Per Taste - 1/2 Teaspoon
  • 7. 1/2 Teaspoon Oil
  • 8. 1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric powder

PREPARATION

1. In A Pressure Cooker, Boil double Beans For 3 To 4 Whistles. Allow It to Cool. Now Take a Pan, Add Oil. Once The Oil is Heat Add Mustard, Chopped Onion And Fry Well. Let It Turn To Golden Color, Now Add Green Chilies, Curry Leaves And Saute.
