Dates Pickle

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Seedless Dates 5
  • 2. Ginger 1/4 Chopped
  • 3. Garlic 10 chopped
  • 4. Gingelly Oil 4 Sp
  • 5. Mustard seeds 1 Tsp
  • 6. Tamarind 1 Lemon Size
  • 7. Turmeric Powder 1tsp
  • 8. Chilli Powder 2 sp
  • 9. Green Chilli 3
  • 10. Jaggery 1 Sp
  • 11. Salt 1 Sp
  • 12. Hing 1tsp
  • 13. Curry leaves 5

PREPARATION

1. In A pan, Heat oil and add Oil, Thn Add Mustard Seeds

2. Add curry Leaves and Hing and Stir well

3. Add Chopped Ginger and Garlic , Green Chilles and Saute well

4. Add Turmeric Powder and Red Chilli powder and Saute for 5 Min

5. Now add SeedLess Dates and Saute for 2 Min

6. All spices are cooked with Dates, Now add in Soked Tamarind Water and give a Good Mix

7. Cook on Low Flame for 5 to 7 Minutes

8. Add Jaggery 1 Sp and Mix Well

9. Swutch off flame when Oil Leaves in Corners

10. Healthy Dates Pickle is Ready now
