DAHI PURI

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. 1- Puri packet
  • 2. 2/3 cup mixed sprouts
  • 3. 2/3 cup boiled potatoes
  • 4. 1-cup tamarind chutney (imli)
  • 5. 3-cups curd
  • 6. 1 Cup Green chutney
  • 7. 1-2 cup sev
  • 8. 2 tsp. red chilli powder
  • 9. 2 tsp. roasted cumin seeds
  • 10. 2 tsp. chopped coriander

PREPARATION

1. Arrange the puris on a serving plate.

2. Crack a small hole in the center of each puri.

3. Add salt to the curd and mix well.

4. Fill it with the mixed sprout , potatoes, imli, green chutney and top with fresh curd.

5. Sprinkle the nylon sev, chilli powder, and cumin powder on top.

6. Garnish with the chopped coriander and serve immediately.
