Crispy corn Chaat

Corn chaat recipe got its inspiration from the crispy corn starter available Mainland China. It tickled my taste buds and I thought of making an Indian version of it. Corn chaat is a crispy and tasty snack which you can serve as a chaat.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. 1 cup Boiled sweet corn
  • 2. 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 3. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4. 1 chopped onion
  • 5. 1 teaspoon Chaat masala
  • 6. 2 teaspoons salt
  • 7. 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8. 1 tablespoon Aloo Bhujia

PREPARATION

1. In a bowl add sweet corn, butter, lemon juice, onion, chaat masala, salt, black pepper and mix well.

2. Garnish with aloo bhujia.

3. Corn chaat is ready to serve.
