CRISPY CORN

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. 1 cup sweet corn
  • 2. 1/8 spoon turmeric
  • 3. 1/4 spoon salt
  • 4. 2 spoon corn flour
  • 5. 1/2 cup maida
  • 6. 1 spoon chilly powder
  • 7. 1 spoon pepper powder or chat masala
  • 8. 2 cups oil for frying

PREPARATION

1. boil sweet corn along with pinch of salt and turmeric till half done

2. mix maida, corn flour salt, chilly powder pinch of turmeric

3. drain off water from corn an sprinkle the flour mixture little by little adding water if necessary. ensure all the corn is covered with flour

4. deep fry the corn in medium flame

5. sprinkle som pepper powder and salt or chat masala before serving. serve hot
