Coconut Milk Toast

  • 1. Egg 2
  • 2. Coconut milk 1/4 cup
  • 3. Palm sugar 5tsp
  • 4. Salt 1/4 tsp
  • 5. Bread slices 5
  • 6. Oil 4tbsp


1. Take a mixing bowl, add in coconut milk, palmsugar, salt, crackle the egg in

2. Beat with a hand blender or with a whisk . Adjust salt and sugar

3. Heat tava and brush some oil

4. Dip the bread slices gently as the egg coats onboth the sides

5. Place it on tava carefully

6. Drizzle some oil on top of the bread

7. Flip to other side and cook on both the sides

8. Once cooked remove from the tava and serve with honey
