INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Cashewnuts 5 Nos
  • 2. Ghee 1/4 Cups
  • 3. Condensed Milk 1/2 Cups
  • 4. Milk 1/4 Cups
  • 5. Vanilla Essence 2 Ounces
  • 6. Cardamom Powder 1/4 Teaspoons
  • 7. Coconut(grated) 1 Cups

PREPARATION

1. 1.Heat ghee in a pan,fry the cashew nuts .

2. 2.Add condensed milk and milk and mix it.

3. 3.Add the vanilla essence,caedamom powder, grated coconut and mix well and evenly.

4. 4.Evenly mix in low flame and made as like a batter.Switch off the flame.

5. 5.After cooling, make balls of batter with nuts inside the balls.

6. 6.Serve in a plain plate ,sprinkle some grated coconut and cashewnut for garnish.
