  • 4. Coconut 1 Tablespoons
  • 5. Curry leaves 8-9 Nos
  • 6. Turmeric powder 1/2 Tablespoons
  • 7. Chilly powder 1 Tablespoons
  • 8. Green chilly 2 slice
  • 9. Coconut oil 3 Tablespoons

PREPARATION

1. 1. Clean and remove the dirt of clam meat by pressing each at its center portion.wash thoroughly.

2. 2. Marinate cleaned clam meat with half quantity of prescribed salt, turmeric and chili powder for 10 minutes.
