Chocolate Chip Cookies

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. 200 grams of Flour
  • 2. 1 teaspoon of Salt
  • 3. 3/4 teaspoon of Baking Soda
  • 4. 150 grams of Butter (unsalted)
  • 5. 1/2 cup of Brown sugar
  • 6. 1/4 cup of Granulated sugar
  • 7. 1 large Egg
  • 8. 2 large Egg yolks
  • 9. 2 teaspoons of Vallina extract
  • 10. 175 grams of Dark chocolate

PREPARATION

1. Preheat oven to 165 degrees

2. Whisk flour, salt and baking powder together

3. Brown 100 grams of butter using a medium heat. Constantly stir and scrape edges with rubber spatula.

4. Let butter cool slightly, then add remaining butter and melt to combine.

5. Add butter to both sugars and combine

6. Add egg and combine

7. Add vanilla extract and combine

8. Add flour mix and combine

9. Add chocolate chips and combine

10. Bake for 8-10 minutes
