  • 1. For Chocolate Cake :Egg 2 nos
  • 2. maida/all purpose flour 100 gms
  • 3. cocoa powder 1 1/2 tbsp
  • 4. baking soda 1/2 tsp
  • 5. Sugar 1/2 cups
  • 6. coffee powder 1/2 tsp
  • 7. vinegar 1/2 tsp
  • 8. For chocolate ganache: Cream 60 ml
  • 9. chocolate 100 gms


1. In a bowl beat 2eggs using an electric beater

2. gradually add sugar to itbeat well until a creamy texture forms

3. keep it aside and sift maida/all purpose flourcocoa powdercoffee powder

4. add this dry ingredients to the egg mixture

5. beat this for 30seconds

6. now take baking soda in a bowl and add vinegar to it

7. mix well and add this batter to the cake mix

8. take a cooker and remove the weightnow grease it with some ghee

9. add cake batter to cooker and close it

10. keep a lid on the stove and place the cooker above it

11. bake this for 25mins in low flame

12. chocolate ganache- heat water in a pan

13. place a bowl above it

14. add cream to it

15. when the cream becomes warm add chocolate pieces

16. melt the chocolate completely

17. chocolate ganache is ready

18. take a small portion from this and allow it to cool

19. beat this with an electric mixer and make a cream
