Chickpeas Mix veg cold salad

This is a zero oil salad, very healthy, delicious and full of proteins and minerals

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. 1 cup garbanzo beans, boiled and drained
  • 2. 2 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 3. 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4. 1 tomato, chopped
  • 5. 1 tablespoon chopped coriander
  • 6. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 7. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 8. 1/4 teaspoon salt or to taste

PREPARATION

1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas, red onion, garlic, tomato, coriander, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.

2. Chill for 2 hours before serving.

3. Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve
