INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Grated carrot 5 Cups
  • 2. milk 1 Cups
  • 3. Grated coconut 0.5 Cups
  • 4. sugar 1 Cups
  • 5. Crushed cardamom 4 Nos
  • 6. Ghee 2 Tablespoons

PREPARATION

1. 1.Boil carrot in milk parallelly makes sugar syrup in 1 cup water in another pan.

2. 2. Add cardamom to carrot, when its half cooked, add grated coconut to it.
