carrom leaves fritters

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. chopped carrom leaves 1 1/2 cups
  • 2. chopped coriander 1/2 cups
  • 3. salt 1 tsp
  • 4. turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • 5. chopped green chilly 1 tbsp
  • 6. checkpea flour 1 cups
  • 7. hot oil 1 tbsp
  • 8. oil for fry 2 cups

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl add chickpea flour,coriander,salt,turmeric,green chilly,carrom leaves and 2_3 tablespoon water and mix well make tight batter

2. then add 1 tablespoon hot oil and mix well

3. n a pan add oil,heat it,then make small size fritters and fry till crispy and golden.

4. serve it with ketchup and regular green chutny.
