INGREDIENTS

  • 1. 250 gmscabbage grated
  • 2. 3 boiled and grated potatoes
  • 3. 2 tablespoon cornflour
  • 4. 3 tablespoon maida
  • 5. 2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 6. 2 teaspoon amchur powder
  • 7. 3 teaspoon salt
  • 8. 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • 9. 2 tablespoon coriander

PREPARATION

1. Method for koftas.

2. Take a big bowl mix all the above ings and make a soft dough..

3. Make small lemo size balls.

4. Keep the balls in fridge for 1/2 hour.

5. After 1/2 hour deep fry te balls on medium flame till golden brown.

6. Serve hot with green chutney.
