Beetroot Stuffed Khasta Kachori

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. All Purpose Flour 2 cups
  • 2. Salt 2 tsp
  • 3. Carrom Seeds 1 tsp
  • 4. Oil 2 cups
  • 5. Beetroot 2 nos
  • 6. Chopped Onion 1 nos
  • 7. Peas 3 tsp
  • 8. Peanuts 3 tsp

PREPARATION

1. Make a dough of flour, carom seeds, oil & hot water.Keep rest for 15 mins

2. Heat oil , add cumin seeds & chopped onion.Saute it for a while.

3. Add peas.

4. Add beetroot paste , cover it & cook it well.Don't add water.

5. Add peanuts & adjust salt.

6. Now take a small ball from the dough & roll it.

7. Put 2tspn beetroot mixture in the centre of the kachori .

8. Now collect all the corners & make kachori like a potli.

9. Heat enough oil in a kadhai & deep fry it

10. Serve it hot with musterd sauce, tomato sauce & salad.
