Basic Yeast Bread

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. 2.5 cup Flour
  • 2. 1 Tbsp Yeast
  • 3. 1 tsp Sugar
  • 4. 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 5. 1 cup Warm Water
  • 6. 2 Tbsp Cooking Oil

PREPARATION

1. Combine all dry ingredients except for 1/2 cup flour into large bowl

2. Add in wet ingredients and mix until combined

3. Add remaining four and knead for 5 minutes

4. Let rise in bowl covered for 30 minutes

5. Punch down and place into loaf pan

6. Let rise until dough reaches rim

7. Bake for 40 minutes at 400F
