Barley Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Whole Barley grain 300 gms
  • 2. Beans Sprouts 150 gms
  • 3. Small Ball Pepper,chopped 1 nos
  • 4. Tomato,chopped 2 nos
  • 5. Spring onion use all parts chopped 1 nos
  • 6. Nicely chopped Coriander 1/4 cups
  • 7. Extra Virgin Oil 3 tsp
  • 8. Lemon Juice of half lemon 2 tsp
  • 9. Salt or as per taste 1 tsp
  • 10. Walnuts,chopped 6 nos

PREPARATION

1. Washed Barley 3 to 4 times with water and soaked it for 20 minutes

2. Now boil it with add some salt in water about 20 mins or till barley is soft not mushy,drain it and shock it in cold water to stop the cooking process.

3. Now take cooled barley in a bowl,add beans sprouts, chopped walnuts, chopped tomato spring onion,bell pepper,coriender,lemon juice, olive oil and salt and mix well

4. Now Barley Salad is ready to serve.Use all ingredients as per taste.
