INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Poha 1 1/2 cups
  • 2. Jaggery Grates 2 tbsp
  • 3. Coconut,half 1 nos
  • 4. Pori(puffed rice) 1 1/2 cups
  • 5. Coconut,Half 1 nos
  • 6. Sugar 3 tbsp

PREPARATION

1. For Poha : Take 1/2 coconut -Heat for 2 minutes

2. Or u can sprinkle some hot milk in the coconut

3. Then add jaggery or sugar and mix thoroughly

4. Then add poha and mix well, Check the sugar

5. Finally add chopped banana and allow to rest for 10- minutes,(if u want crispy poha then no need of resting it for 10 minutes )

6. For puffed rice :Mix coconut with sugar

7. Then add puffed rice and mix

8. serve immediately
