Arebic Drink Tamar Hindi (Imli Panna)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Tamerind block 50 grams
  • 2. Sugar 3/4cup
  • 3. Ginger chopped 1tbsp
  • 4. Salt 1 /8tsp
  • 5. Crushed ice 1cup
  • 6. Roasted cumin powder 1tsp
  • 7. Chat masala 1tsp

PREPARATION

1. Soak tamerind in a cup of water for 1 hour

2. Squueeze out the pulp and discard the seeds and strain it.

3. Add sugar and ginger and 3 cups of water and bring it to a boil .

4. Keep aside for cooling .

5. Add crused ice and roasted cumin powder ,chat masala and serve chilled
