Arebic Drink Tamar Hindi (Imli Panna)
- 1. Tamerind block 50 grams
- 2. Sugar 3/4cup
- 3. Ginger chopped 1tbsp
- 4. Salt 1 /8tsp
- 5. Crushed ice 1cup
- 6. Roasted cumin powder 1tsp
- 7. Chat masala 1tsp
1. Soak tamerind in a cup of water for 1 hour
2. Squueeze out the pulp and discard the seeds and strain it.
3. Add sugar and ginger and 3 cups of water and bring it to a boil .
4. Keep aside for cooling .
5. Add crused ice and roasted cumin powder ,chat masala and serve chilled
