Amritsari Fish Fry

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. Fish -4 pieces
  • 2. Semolina -1/2 tbpn
  • 3. gram flour- 1 tbsn
  • 4. Rice flour-1/2 tabsn
  • 5. Chaat masala- 1/2 tspn
  • 6. Turmeric powder-1 tspn
  • 7. Chilli powder- 1 tspn
  • 8. Salt-1 tspn
  • 9. Musturd oil-1/2 tspn
  • 10. Refined oil-4 tbsn
  • 11. Lemon juice-1 tspn
  • 12. Ginger garlic paste-1 tspn
  • 13. Lemon slices-2 nos
  • 14. Chopped coriander leaves-1 tspn
  • 15. Green chillies- 2

PREPARATION

1. Marinate fish ( I used rohu fish but u can use any fish) with turmeric chilli powder ginger garlic paste salt lemon juice musturd oil n salt

2. Keep aside for 15 mins

3. Now coat the marinated fish with besan rice flour semolina chaat masala salt red chilli powder turmeric mixture if needed add little water to the mixture

4. In a pan heat refined oil n deep fry the fish pieces

5. Garnish with lemon slices green chilli n chopped coriander leaves

6. It can be served as starter or with main course
