Achaari Roti Parcel ( Leftover roti used)

INGREDIENTS

  • 1. 4-5 boiled potato
  • 2. 1-2 green chilly
  • 3. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 4. 1 tsp jeera
  • 5. 1 tsp kalunji
  • 6. 3 tbsp tamrind chutney
  • 7. 1 tsp rai
  • 8. 2 tbsp chopped Coriander
  • 9. 1/4 tsp hing
  • 10. 1/4 tsp chilly powder
  • 11. 1 cup besan
  • 12. 1/4 tsp haldi powder
  • 13. 1/2 cup water
  • 14. 4-5 chapati

PREPARATION

1. Boiled potato ko small piece me cut kar le.

2. Kadhai me oil garam karein.

3. Potato pieces ko fry kar le crisp hone tak.

4. Pan le aur usme 1tbsp oil daale.

5. Oil me hing, jeera, rai,kalungi, sauf saath me 1 dry red chilly todh kar daale.

6. Ab haldi aur mirch powder daale.

7. Fry karein aaloo daale aur chalaye.

8. Fry aaloo me sweet chutney aur chopped green chilly mix kareaur 1 tsp chaat masala mux karein.

9. Chopped Coriander mux karein.

10. Masher se halja sa mash kar le aaloo ko.

11. Ek bowl me besan le salt, chilly powder, hing aur haldi mix karein.

12. Paani daal kar batter bana le pakodhe ke batter ki tarah.

13. Cornflour ko paani me ghol le.

14. Chapati le aur aaloo mixture beech me rakh kar fold karein.

15. Cornflour lagakar upper ke side bhi fold karein.

16. Besan ke batter me dip karein aur oil me fry karein.

17. Golden brown ho jaye to plate me nikaal le beech se cut kar le.

18. Serve karte samay chilly powder, salt halka sa chaat masala sprinkle karein.
