Egg Dosa


Dosa Batter - 2 cups

Eggs-4 nos

Oil /Ghee - 4 tbsp

Black Pepper Powder - 4 tsp

Salt to Taste-4 pinch


Heat tawa and spread some ghee

Pour dosa batter on to tawa and spread to make it large and nice on low flame

Cook under lid for some time

Beat egg, salt and pour to top of dosa
